Privacy

Hosting, encryption and access.

Aldor handles sensitive data — client names, addresses, Pflegegrade, notes. We treat it the way we'd want our own data treated. Here's what that means in plain terms, and what you can rely on.

Data protection in operation

How Aldor protects your data.

  1. 01

    Encrypted at rest

Client names, addresses, phone numbers, Pflegegrade and notes are stored encrypted in the corresponding database columns.

  2. 02

    Hosting in Germany

The application and its backups are hosted by Hetzner in Germany. The Trust Center explains additional processing for individual features.

  3. 03

    Change history

The history records changes to core records, including the time and person making the change.

  4. 04

    Your data is yours

Export functions provide data and documents for further use. Our terms and data-processing agreement govern deadlines after contract end.
